  • What is HALE about?

    HALE is working on integrating online and offline dining experience to make eating well easier, simple and more affordable for every one. We want to make food that taste good and do you good.

  • What are your delivery hours?

    Lunch slots: 11:30AM-12:30PM; 12:30PM-1:30PM; 1:30PM-2:30PM (Weekdays only)
    Dinner slot: 4:30PM-5:30PM (Weekdays only)

  • Where do you deliver to?

    The best way to learn if we deliver to you is to head to our delivery area page and enter your address.
    We deliver to the whole Kuala Lumpur and parts of Petaling Jaya area.

  • Do you deliver up to my office/apartment floor?

    Delivery of items up to office floor or apartment floor is not available. 

  • What happens when my order arrive late?

    With the exception of bad weather condition, you will be able to claim for a free item should your order is late for 30 minutes of more from the initial scheduled delivery time.

  • What happens if I missed the pick-up calls?

    Unfortunately, your order will be forfeited if there is no answer for more than 3 times or no show after 5 minutes. Our riders have strict schedules to follow to ensure punctual delivery to all customers.

  • Is HALE halal?

    We are working towards obtaining a HALAL-certified kitchen. We only source from HALAL certified suppliers.

  • How can I get free sample for corporate orders?

    Fill up your details at our corporate page, and a member of our staff will be contacting you to pass you your free sampler.
